Frequently
Asked
Questions
How can I learn more before I commit?
The first step in our process is scheduling a complimentary introductory call. At that time, we can discuss what your needs are and no initial commitment is required!
What if I think I may have pelvic floor dysfunction?
During your introductory call, we can figure out whether this service is right for you or whether you would benefit more from a hands-on, in-person evaluation. We only offer services virtually at this time and understand that some concerns merit an in-person assessment. If this is the case, we will help refer you to a provider in your area. Additionally, if we suspect you may have pelvic floor dysfunction during our virtual sessions, we will also provide you with the appropriate resources to locate a provider.
Are these services covered by my health insurance?
At this time, we do not accept health insurance. However, some clients choose to pay for services using their Health Spending Accounts.
Can I reschedule a session?
Absolutely. Please reschedule at least 12 hours in advance by logging into your account and selecting "Bookings."Be advised that if you do not reschedule within this timeframe, you will lose your session. Please email us if you have a special circumstance.
What happens if I need to cancel a scheduled session?
Please cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance by logging into your account and selecting "Bookings."Be advised that if you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will lose your session. Please email us if you have a special circumstance.
What happens if I paid for a series but am unable to complete it because something unexpected occurred? Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable. Your session can be used for a different “topic” at a later date or can be transferred to someone else but must be used within one year of initial booking. Please email us to discuss your specific circumstance.
