How can I learn more before I commit?

The first step in our process is scheduling a complimentary introductory call. At that time, we can discuss what your needs are and no initial commitment is required!

Which health insurances do you accept?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don't have agreements with any health insurance companies. This allows us to provide you with transparent pricing and instant service. More importantly, we can address all of your needs as they arise without relying on a third-party to approve it. Insurers don't understand your health needs, but we do and our commitment is solely to you. This also allows you to access care with us directly. You do not need a doctor's prescription or referral to begin.

How can I pay for services?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill for pelvic floor therapy and lactation services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (% reimbursement will vary by plan). We are not able to provide you with a Superbill for wellness services or workshops, however you may be able to pay using a Health Savings Account. Because we want you to receive the care you deserve, we also offer payment plans (just ask us at your introductory call)!

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Absolutely. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by logging into your Jane account. Please text or call us if you have a special circumstance.

What happens if I paid for a package or series but am unable to complete it because something unexpected occurred? Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable. Your payment can be applied to a different type of service at a later date or can be transferred to someone else but must be used within one year of initial purchase. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstance. 

I think I would benefit from multiple types of services. How can I decide which is best for me?

Scheduling an introductory call is the best way for us to answer your questions and understand your needs better. We can design a customized program that meets all of your needs.

What is MomGuru? How can I get access?

MomGuru is an online community for moms and moms-to-be to provide and seek support from other moms. Video interviews with moms and women's health providers as well as short, informative posts related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and infant care are shared twice a month. Lifetime access is available to anyone who has purchased a session, package, workshop, class or participated in a free class. If you believe you should have access and don't, please contact us.
