
Intimate, baby-friendly Reformer Pilates classes designed for
the special season of
pregnancy & postpartum
​​Pilates sits at the intersection between pelvic health and fitness, thanks to their shared principles of alignment, control and breath-driven movement. As a low-impact exercise, it is also a fun, accessible way to support your body at every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. We offer private sessions and semi-private classes at our studio in Ybor.
Each class provides a full-body, pelvic floor and core-centered workout while addressing strength, mobility and nervous system regulation. Prenatal sessions focus on core and pelvic floor connection, addressing aches and pains and preparing for labor. Postnatal sessions are designed to rebuild strength, improve posture, and support everyday movement for life with a baby. We believe in teaching you to adapt with your body's changes and move with intention, rather than limiting you based on stage of pregnancy or recovery.
After completing a short questionnaire, your first session includes a posture and movement assessment which is used to help us create a personalized exercise plan to address your specific goals. A private session is also a supportive, low pressure introduction if you're new to the reformer. You'll always receive clear verbal and hands-on cuing as well as modifications to meet your body where its at.

We offer six different class types that are designed to support the unique needs of your body during the perinatal period. Because of the small class size, each mama or mama-to-be receives ample hands-on cuing, feedback and personalized modifications where appropriate. We recognize how important community is during motherhood and these classes offer the perfect opportunity to connect with other women in the same phase of life!
