We combine expertise in pelvic health, lactation counseling and therapeutic exercise to empower you to proactively approach your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. There are so many things we do on a daily basis to “decrease chances of” or “prevent” unwanted outcomes and this should be no exception!

The Preggo Series
This 1:1 virtual and customizable series is intended for pregnant women beginning in the 2nd or early 3rd trimester. It teaches pelvic floor and core connection, movement and exercise recommendations, prenatal lactation counseling, labor and birth preparation and early postpartum recovery guidance.
